The Institute of Financial Planning is working hard to help Paraplanners extend their knowledge and skills, and to encourage greater recognition and awareness of the importance and role of Paraplanners.

In a special offer for the summer months, the IFP is offering 20 per cent off its standard training packages for Paraplanners, including its popular workshops.

With more examination dates and locations added, it’s never been easier to take the step to set yourself apart and become an Accredited Paraplanner by succeeding in the QCF Level 4 Certificate in Paraplanning examination.

IFP education director Sue Leech said: “We’re already seeing Paraplanning asserting itself as a career path in its own right, and so helping individual Paraplanners to gain appropriate training and qualifications is a vital part of the IFP’s work.

“Our summer special offer is designed to encourage even more Paraplanners to gain the additional skills and competences that will help establish them among the Paraplanning elite.”

The IFP is also offering reduced first year membership fees of just £87.50 for Paraplanners, as well as discounts for attending the annual conference at Celtic Manor in October, providing substantial savings. Paraplanners also have their own special IFP group on LinkedIn.
